The Truth Cinema (Sine Totoo) Film Festival (change of name from Cine Veritas as earlier proposed) is a mobile grassroots film screening program of human rights films that will travel schools, communities and workplaces in the National Capital Region and the rest of Luzon Island, especially where human rights violations are peaking.
